About ZoëÂ
Zoë is as enthusiastic about anatomy and physiology as she is about the less tangible elements that make up a whole person.
A graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2014, she received an Associate Degree of Occupational Studies for massage therapy, with advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cranial Sacral Therapy. She went on to study and complete Reiki Levels I, II, & III, and is qualified to teach & provide certifications to students of Reiki.
Over the years, she has developed a skillset that reflects an understanding of the interwoven nature of the mind, body, and spirit.
Highly intuitive and passionate about giving attentive care to address client requests, the therapy she provides can facilitate healing on profound levels.
As a certified Level I Trauma Touch therapist, Zoë recognizes how the emotional events in life can have a lingering impact on the physical body, which informs her holistic view of a person. She is completing a Trauma Studies Certificate program with Bessel van der Kolk and the Trauma Research Foundation, to further her knowledge.
As part of her massage therapy practice, Zoë offers advanced manual lymphatic drainage treatments designed to support the lymphatic system, decrease swelling and inflammation throughout the body, and boost overall immune function.
Zoë also practices advanced cranial sacral therapy designed to bring balance to the cranial sacral (aka the nervous + skeletal) system and address symptoms of migraines, TMJD, vertigo, etc.
Furthermore, she facilitates transformative Reiki and energy work sessions intended to improve the receiver’s threshold of tolerance for stress.
The rest of the time, Zoë provides expert massage therapy integrating deep tissue, myofascial release, and advanced neuromuscular/sports techniques in order to prevent and ameliorate soft tissue injuries.
